Ok I have been getting some questions about the addons I use in Wildstar after posting the video from Kel Voreth, So I am going to give a brief rundown of a few of the Major addons I use.
1st is an addon called Ayth Quest. This addon can be used as a stand alone quest tracker that you could replace the standard quest tracker that already exists in Wildstar, or you can still use the WS Quest Tracker and Ayth will use all of its other functions. Most notably would be the colored dotted lines that appear, and guide you with direction and approximate distance. You can show as many of the 4 categories as you want in the options menu. Green indicates new quest, White indicates quest objectives, Pink indicates gathering materials, and Blue indicates path objectives. Those are the default colors and can be changed if you so choose, but I found they were just fine and no 2 colors were to much alike so I left it as they were.
2nd is AMP finder. This is a pretty handy tool when you get to a point of putting AMP points into the 2nd and 3rd tiers. As you are no doubt aware, they are all locked and you have to acquire them. This handy tool will tell you if a vendor sells a particular AMP and their location, or if you need to seek a Commodities Broker for a particular AMP. While on your AMP screen you have an option to click a button for AMP finder that will give a pop up window with a waypoint arrow in it directing you toward any vendors that sell AMPs in your current zone.
3rd is Cheat Simon, and when interacting with certain objects in Wildstar you have to play a simon style game by inputting a color sequence to use or unlock objects, this simple addon will do the punching for you, all you have to do is click start once you start the interaction with the object.
4th is Space Stash. This addon has to do with Replacement of the base large inventory and bank with a smaller and configurable one, Inventory and bank sorting, Automatic repair or selling items at vendor (configurable), Choose when you want your inventory to open (at vendor, auction house, etc.). 2 addons that work hand and hand with this addon are Señor Plow - Inventory Sorter : if you need a better (more logical) sorting than the base one, and Scrappy - A better salvage window with ignore options.
5th is Newton. Newton is an addon that works with the Scientist Path. This Addon will make sure you never forget your little robotic assistant, it will always remember which Scanbot you had around, and you'll never again miss him on your travels on Nexus. You won't revert back to your stock Scanbot on login or teleport and will never forget to summon your Electronic Helper on dismount or temporary loss of his services.
Those are the big ones That I use. All of these addons can be found at Curse. They have a client to keep all your addons organized and show when they are updated and with the click of a button it will auto update them and store them in the correct folder for you. Another nice feature from curse is if you see on their site an addon you want to download, they have a button to install via curse client so you click that button and it auto sends to the client and it does the rest for you.
This will conclude my write up. I hope this will answer any questions you all had, and if it doesn't then feel free to ask me and i will do my best to answer them.
